ianhaycox.com will take all reasonable steps to ensure that our services are provided in a professional and timely manner.
We will keep you informed at each significant stage of any services provided and any changes to the services or the price thereof.
We will mediate any disputes between You and our agents to try to find a resolution between both parties.
We do not host any illegal material on our hosting space.
Your Obligations
To provide requested images and text in a timely manner. Any supplied materials should not be copyrighted by a third party unless consent has been given by said third party.
Any changes to previously agreed services should be made in writing.
Payments to third parties, photographers, domain registrars, etc., should be made directly to those third parties in accordance with their terms and conditions. We do not handle our customers money except in payment for our services.
Termination; Cancellation
Subject to any third party agreements You may terminate your agreement to use our services with or without cause at any time by sending written notice of your desire to cancel. This Agreement will be deemed terminated within ten (10) business days of ianhaycox.com's receipt of Your notice once any outstanding invoices to ianhaycox.com have been paid.
Warranty
ianhaycox.com makes no warranty, expressed or implied, on behalf of third parties.
We cannot guarantee inclusion or ranking in search engines but will make reasonable efforts to ensure inclusion and ranking.
We will take all reasonable steps to avoid spam originating from your website.
Payment
Payment for our services should be made in a timely manner upon receipt of an invoice, no later than 30 days after the invoice date.
Payment should be in the form of a cheque in euros, or by bank transfer.
Non payment will result in the removal of the website.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France, except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in France.
